One Day Trek and Pick Up Airport / Hotel Medan - Option 1 (3D/2N)

Experience an unforgettable one-day orangutan trekking adventure in Bukit Lawang, combined with comfortable transfers from Medan Airport or hotel. Day 1 – Medan Airport / Hotel → Bukit Lawang

Upon arrival at Kuala Namu International Airport (KNO) or pick-up from your hotel in Medan, our professional driver will transfer you to Bukit Lawang.
The journey takes approximately 3–4 hours, passing through Binjai town and traditional villages along the way.

Arrive in Bukit Lawang, check in to your hotel, and enjoy free time to relax by the river or explore the village surroundings.

Day 2 – One Day Orangutan Jungle Trekking

After breakfast at 09:00 AM, our experienced local guide from Orangutan Sumatra Rainforest will meet you at your hotel.
You will then start your one-day jungle trekking adventure, lasting approximately 6–7 hours inside the Gunung Leuser National Park.

During the trek, you may encounter:

• Wild Sumatran orangutans

• Thomas leaf monkeys

• Gibbons

• Long-tailed macaques

• Tropical plants and rainforest wildlife

A jungle-style lunch with fresh fruit will be served during the trek.
In the afternoon, return to Bukit Lawang by traditional tube rafting along the Bohorok River — a fun and relaxing way to end the day.

Overnight at your hotel in Bukit Lawang.

Day 3 – Bukit Lawang → Medan / Airport Transfer

After breakfast, enjoy free time until your scheduled transfer back to Medan hotel or Kuala Namu International Airport (KNO).
Your tour concludes with arrival in Medan in the afternoon.

Day 1 – Medan Airport / Hotel → Bukit Lawang

Upon arrival at Kuala Namu International Airport (KNO) or your Medan hotel, our driver will transfer you to Bukit Lawang. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours, passing through Binjai and Kuala villages.

Upon arrival in Bukit Lawang, check-in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure; you can explore the nearby village or relax by the river.

Day 2 – One Day Orangutan Jungle Trekking

After breakfast at 09:00 AM, our guide from Sumatra Rainforest will greet you at the hotel.
We will embark on a 6-7 hour trek in Gunung Leuser National Park, one of the best places to spot wild Sumatran orangutans.

On the trek, you may also see:

• Thomas leaf monkeys

• Gibbons

• Long-tailed macaques

• Other jungle wildlife

We’ll take a break for a lunch of fresh fruits. Afterward, we will continue the trek before returning to Bukit Lawang via traditional tube rafting along the Bohorok River.

After packing, we will transfer you back to Medan Airport (KNO) or your Medan hotel.
