🗓️ Day 1 – Jungle Trek & Riverside Camping

After breakfast at 9:00 AM, your guide will meet you at your guesthouse and lead you into the jungle. The 6-7 hour trek begins as you journey through the Gunung Leuser National Park, where you'll encounter stunning flora and fauna. Your guide will educate you on the local wildlife and plants, including those used in traditional medicine.

During the trek, you may have the chance to spot wild orangutans, Thomas’ leaf monkeys, gibbons, long-tailed macaques, siamangs, and various bird species, such as hornbills and peacocks. After lunch, we continue the trek, learning about the rainforest’s diverse ecosystem.

In the late afternoon, we will set up camp by a small river deep in the jungle. You can swim in the river, help prepare dinner, or learn jungle survival skills. As night falls, enjoy a peaceful night surrounded by the sounds of the jungle.

🗓️ Day 2 – Wildlife Spotting & Waterfall Trek

The adventure continues as we head deeper into the jungle, learning more about the behavior and social life of the orangutans. You’ll have opportunities to spot more wildlife and admire the beauty of the tropical rainforest.

In the afternoon, we reach our campsite near Jambur Batu Atas, a secluded location where we can unwind and take a refreshing dip in a waterfall. After a long day of trekking, this is the perfect spot to relax, swim, and enjoy nature.

🗓️ Day 3 – Mountain Summit & River Camping

On Day 3, we begin with a short hike to the summit of a nearby mountain, where you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the dense jungle below. As we venture deeper into Gunung Leuser National Park, we’ll continue to observe the diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes of the rainforest.

In the afternoon, we set up camp by the Bohorok River. Here, you can swim, relax, or even go fishing. Depending on the weather, we’ll gather around a bonfire in the evening, where our guides will teach jungle survival skills, sing songs, and play games to end the day.

🗓️ Day 4 – Waterfall Trek & Tube Rafting Back

After breakfast, you have the option to relax at camp or take a short trek to explore another waterfall. Afterward, your team will prepare for a fun and scenic tube rafting experience down the Bohorok River, returning you to Bukit Lawang.
